Dr. Ben Cope D.D.S.
Dentist and brother to Dr. Austin Cope. Alumni of Brigham Young University (Bachelor's Degree), and Case Western Reserve University (Dental School). Dr. Ben loves board games, science experiments, and spending time in his workshop doing projects for his house or yard. Dad of four kids, husband of Maggie, Dr. Ben has worked at El Dorado Hills Dental for over 7 years.
Dr. Austin Cope D.D.S.
Dentist and brother to Dr. Ben Cope. Alumni of Brigham Young University (Bachelor's Degree), and Case Western Reserve University (Dental School). Dr. Austin and family moved to El Dorado Hills from Sparks, NV in June of 2020. After owning his own practice in Sparks, Dr. Austin was happy for the chance to partner and work with his brother. Austin loves golf, wakeboarding, snowboarding, dirt biking, and his Indian motorcycle. Husband of Lacey and dad of 4 kids.
Kimberly Cope R.N., R.D.A., Office Manager
Kimberly is our Office Manager, Registered Dental Assistant, and Registered Nurse. Kimberly prepares patients and assists in IV sedation cases, and helps the day to day operations of the office run smoothly. Mom of Dr. Ben and Dr. Austin, grandma to 9, and an accomplished pie maker!
Cathy Soneouthay-Cruz
Patient Care Coordinator and Dental Assistant. You will see her smiling face as you walk in our office. She grew up in small town Willows, California, and is a mom to 3 dogs and 2 cats. Our resident athlete, she played college basketball and volleyball. We love having Cathy as a member of our team!
Lissie Vonderwerth R.D.H.
Registered Dental Hygienist, Lissie enjoys hanging out with her 5 kids and husband when she is not cleaning teeth. Her absolute happy place is on the trails running or bike riding with the kids. She enjoys laughing, jet skiing, horseback riding, learning, and quality time with family and friends. She feels so blessed to live in such a beautiful area.
Caitlyn Snarr R.D.H.
Registered Dental Hygienist, Caitlyn has an 8 year old son, a 5 year old daughter, and a chocolate lab named Oakley. When not cleaning teeth, she enjoys being on the water with her family, baking, and exercising so she can bake more.
Julie Sarlan R.D.H.
Registered Dental Hygienist, Julie is passionate about inspiring health through dental prevention and loves getting to know each patient. She worked with an amazing cosmetic team in Beverly Hills in the 90's, was part of a practice that specialized in TMD, and worked with an elite Periodontal group in Washington DC in the early 2000s. She has been living in and exploring Northern California since 2011. She loves spending time with family and friends, enjoys reading, and is passionate about continuing education.
Marci Hurney R.D.H.
When Marci isn't in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and two daughters, Lauren and Leah. She also has a very energetic and spoiled labradoodle, Belle, who loves to go on walks. When she does get those few rare moments to herself, she loves to go on runs, do anything crafty, and work in her yard. Marci feels so blessed to be a part of the amazing team here at El Dorado Hills Dental!
Ed Eichhorn R.D.H.
Ed and his wife have been in the area for many years and became empty nesters last summer. He loves almost everything outdoors including snowshoeing, hiking, and biking. Spending time with family and watching his grandkid's sporting events are high on his list, as well as watching his youngest daughter's college volleyball seasons. He feels that our area with mountains and snow on the east and the oceans and beaches on the west is hard to beat.
Traci Caraway R.D.A.
Traci is one of our Registered Dental Assistants. She is currently working on obtaining her associates degree in Psychology. When she is not working or doing homework, she enjoys weightlifting and being on the trails with her Bernese Mountain dog.
Jessica Heriman R.D.A.
Jessica, one of our Registered Dental Assistants, enjoys hanging out with her two dogs, mountain biking and camping. She helps with the dental cleanings for the children in the office, and has worked for El Dorado Hills Dental for over 10 years.
Lacey Cope R.D.A.
Registered Dental Assistant and wife of Dr. Austin, she is also Mom to their 4 kids. She has her bachelor's degree in vocal performance, and teaches piano and voice lessons in addition to her dental office duties. She shares Dr. Austin's hobbies and likes to wakeboard, snowboard, golf, and dirt-bike, and loves any extra time she gets to play piano and sing.
Derick Nguyen
Derick Nguyen is one of our sterile technicians. He is a hobbyist fiction writer who likes Italian food. He graduated from UC Davis in biological sciences. He wants to travel all around Europe someday.
Caleena Gamatero
Caleena Gamatero is one of our sterile technicians. She likes to dance in her free time, either taking hip hop dance classes or making videos. On a regular basis, she either goes to the gym or plays basketball. She loves to build LEGOS and is grateful to be a part of El Dorado Hills Dental.
Sara Caudle
Sara Caudle, our friendly patient care coordinator, has a teenage daughter. She loves cooking, gardening, and dancing. She loves to vacation at the beach and prefers warm weather. She has lived in El Dorado County her whole life!
